A game will have 2 periods and each period will have 20 minutes of playing time (running clock).
There will be 3 timeouts the whole game, unused timeout in the 1st period will be carried over to the 2nd period.
24 seconds shot clock will be in effect in the last 8 minutes of the 2nd period.
Penalty 1 on 1 free throws will be awarded at the 7th team foul, 2 free throws will be awarded on the 10th team foul.
Time will only stop on dead ball situations in the last 2 minutes of the 2nd period.
BayHoops will require each participants (teams) to read, acknowledge, and sign the Sportsmanship Conduct that will cover team suspension, player ejection, etc.
High School rules will be applied on said tournament.
